Area of ​​application:

For exterior and interior surfaces. Can be used on all mineral substrates! Ideally suited to concrete, masonry, screed, etc. Is used on concrete silo systems, hall floors, factory halls, in storage areas and in workshops. Also ideally suited for forklift truck traffic.

  • Areas to be worked on must be dry and free of grease. Old coatings must be removed or sanded off! If necessary, heavily soiled surfaces must be shot-blasted or sand-blasted.
  • Avoid applying too thick a paint, as it is an air-drying paint! Depending on the ambient temperature (floor temperature), the coating is fully cured and resilient after 36 to 96 hours. Please avoid exposure to moisture for the first few days!

    Please stir the coating very thoroughly down to the bottom! 2 layers are applied.

    The 1st coat acts as a primer and should be done with approx. 10% turpentine / substitute (nothing else). After the 1st coat has dried, the top coat is applied undiluted.

    The optimal processing temperature is + 10 ° C to + 20 ° C.

    Tool:

    The product is best processed with a solvent-resistant short-pile nylon roller.

    Consumption:

    Depending on the absorbency of the substrate, they cover approx. 5m² with a recommended double coat.
