Product data
The FACADE CLIMATE COATING improves the thermal insulation value of your facade based on thermally insulating ceramic micro hollow spheres derived from aerospace technology (hollow ceramic microspheres). Your home stays warmer in winter and cooler in summer.
Functional climate coating (paint and coating in one)
Thermally insulating due to hollow ceramic microspheres from aerospace technology
Supports heat reflection through strong reflection of thermal radiation in both existing and new buildings
Keeps the house cooler in summer / warmer in winter
Permanently reduces moisture in masonry
Breathable / diffusion-open – long-lasting weather-resistant protection
Highly dirt-resistant
Additional sound insulation
Product Description:
The coating can contribute to a more balanced indoor climate due to its heat-reflective properties. The actual effect depends on the structural conditions of the building and individual user behavior. The product does not constitute structural thermal insulation and does not replace professional insulation measures or heating systems.
For a comprehensive, temperature-balancing coating concept, the combination of W527 Facade Climate Coating for exterior walls and W529 Thermo Interior Paint for interior walls and ceilings can be used.
Product information
Legal Notice:
Important note on thermal performance & energy savings: Our thermo products utilize the physical property of heat reflection through ceramic hollow sphere technology.
- Individual results: The actual savings in heating costs or energy depend on the specific building structure, the insulation standard of the property, the location, as well as individual heating and ventilation behavior. No general savings guarantee is provided.
- Legal standards: The product is intended to optimize the energetic surface properties but does not replace structural thermal insulation in accordance with legal requirements (e.g. German Building Energy Act – GEG).
- Function: The thermal effects are based on optimized heat distribution and reflection, which can contribute to increased thermal comfort.
Hazard statements
The mixture is not classified as hazardous in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 [CLP].
